If you want your fins to fit properly, they should be adjustable size fins that fit on your legs, not on your feet. Read on to learn why...

What problems do you have finding the right size of foot flippers?
What strain, pain, blisters, cramps and injuries do full foot fins and open heel fins give you?
shinfin™ leg fins don't strap on your feet - so your foot size doesn't matter at all.
(Foot flipper sizes still hurt your feet, arches, toes, heels and Achilles, causing blisters and cramps.)
shinfin™ leg fins fit at different heights on your leg - so they fit people from 140-200cm (4'7"-6'6") tall.
Shorter than this just means they stick out a bit more from your toes, swimming is still good and walking may be a little harder but still easier than with foot flippers!.
Taller than this and swimming power may feel a bit reduced.
(Foot flipper sizes from extra small to extra large, open heel fins or full foot fins, still don't fit properly.)
shinfin™ leg fins strap around narrowest part of leg above ankle - circumference 20-40cm (8"-16").
Longer straps are available by request in your order, but seldom needed.
(Foot flippers are often too wide so they flop around, or too narrow so they hurt.)
shinfin™ leg fins wrap around your legs - so they flex to fit your leg shape.
(Foot flippers often don't fit your foot shape, despite many sizes and varieties, full foot or open heel.)
shinfin™ straps are very adjustable - so the same fins fit over your wetsuit too.
(Foot flippers must be a larger size, usually open heel, to fit over wetsuit booties.)
shinfin™ adjustment lets different sizes of people share the same fins - which can save you money.
(Foot flipper sizes fit far fewer people, so they can't be shared nearly as much.)
