Then return the fins to us in as-new condition, within 90 days of your purchase date. Please include a copy of your order and your reason for returning the fins, to help us improve our customer service. We will then promptly refund the cost of your fins (excluding postage) to the account used for your original order.
Using the above process, we get very few returns because we can nearly always help our customers to get the best from their fins. In fact, the few people who have difficulty at the start, often really love the fins once they get used to them with a few extra tips from us.
Just return the fins us within 90 days in as-new condition. Please include a copy of your order and write on it the exchange fins that you wish to receive instead. If the exchange price with postage is lower than the original price, we will credit the difference to the account you used for your original order. If the exchange price with postage is higher than the original price, we will ask you to pay the difference. We will then promptly send you the exchange fins.
In the unlikely event that the fins are damaged during delivery, or are faulty, please return them to us within 90 days. Please include a copy of your order and describe the damage or fault with the fins. We will promptly refund the return postage to the account you used for your original order, and send you the replacement fins.
