~ select inside buckle
~ pull strap tail out from under strap
~ keep pressing arrowhead to unlock buckle
~ at same time, pull main strap firmly
~ strap slides out of inner and outer slots together
~ twist fin and slide off leg
~ leave outside buckle done up
~ select inside buckle
~ pull strap tail out from under strap
~ keep pressing arrowhead to unlock buckle
~ at same time, pull strap out of inner slot
~ then pull strap out of outer slot
~ twist fin and slide off leg
~ leave outside buckle done up
