Learn stronger normal swimming without fins too


By simply doing laps with her shinfin fins, Margo also learns much stronger normal swimming without fins. This is because they help her learn to swim in the correct kicking position with straighter legs. So they give her more hip power and efficiency. As a result, her swimming feels very easy. She can swim twice as far without getting tired, thus boosting her swimming confidence. So her swim learning with shinfin fins transfers to greatly improve her swimming without fins too. Weak arms & mobility disability fins


Amanda has a mobility disability and, as her arms can also be quite weak, she fits her shinfin fins using the alternative strapping for weaker fingers. They adjust to fit her larger legs and allow her to share her fins. By encouraging kicking from the hips, they have greatly improved her kick and swimming comfort. Furthermore, her brother could feel them improving his swim style after only one use.

Kick with whole leg snorkeling fins


Steve notices that shinfin fins encourage him to kick from his hip with his whole leg when he snorkels. So he finds he uses far less energy and doesn’t get tired because streamlining his body to swim faster is more efficient. Also, his feet are free to wear his shinfin fins with diving boots so he can safely walk in and out of the water, avoiding sharp objects and marine life in reef areas.

Stronger kick balanced position workout fins


Lorri’s workouts with his shinfin fins give him a more balanced body position and a stronger kick from his hips. This gives him a huge improvement in his fitness swimming workout and he feels the diagonal balance between his arms and legs. Now he can even use hand paddles without a pull buoy.
